As the digital wave began to take shape, Zia astutely recognized IT's potential long before it became the ubiquitous force it is today.

Beginning his professional journey at the iconic London Stock Exchange, Zia spent five enriching years there, honing his skills and building a foundation in the world of technology. This experience opened doors to roles in major international telecommunication companies. Zia's responsibilities took him to diverse corners of the globe, from the idyllic shores of Bermuda to the bustling streets of Singapore and the technological hub of Japan. While the allure of travel and global operations was enticing initially, Zia soon yearned for a different kind of challenge.

Fueled by a desire for autonomy and the drive to carve his own path, Zia took the entrepreneurial leap of faith. Today, he stands as the CEO of his brainchild, Kilmers Ltd. This venture, which began as a spark of ambition, has now grown into a successful international property management company. With a notable presence in the heart of the city and at the scenic Excel Marina, Kilmers stands as a testament to Zia's vision, perseverance, and leadership.
